Friendly and informative staff, with daily weather reports. Public area for meals, comfortable and relaxing. Bunk beds spacious and clean, with good futons. Convenient location near subway and shopping districts. Great Wi-Fi and plenty of nearby restaurants.

The location is prime since it is located near to the shopping district. The stuffs are very friendly. The room and common area are very clean.

The bathroom has no air-conditioner.

Great value for money: We paid a reasonable price for our family room and it exceeded our expectations. Excellent location: the hostel is conveniently located near subway stations and within walking distance to popular attractions and plenty of food options. - Helpful and accommodating staff: the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and provided useful information about the local area.

Towel replacement fee: It would be better if the hostel offered alternative rewards for customers who prefer to reuse towels instead of charging a fee for replacement. Small common bathroom: Although the bathroom was clean, it was quite small, which may be inconvenient for some guests.

There's nothing not to like about this hostel. Everything is up to par, the staff is really friendly and helpful, the facilities are great and accommodating, the location is just about perfect and accessible, one of the best hostel I came across for my trip in Japan. I'll absolutely recommend it for anyone who visits Osaka. It's really unfortunate I just stayed there for a night.

The location is great very close to Shinsaibashi station (5 min walk) and Numba area the center of shopping street of Osaka. Very easy to access when you take off from Shinkansen at Shin-Osaka station, transit via M-line subway directly to Shisaibashi station (elevator is available at exit 7). There are surrounded with convenient stores and restaurants however it quiet enough for good sleep. The staffs are also friendly, good service mind and the tourists informations are available in English there. The room is larger than expect and very comfort. The common area and kitchen are practical and clean. I will stay here again when I go to Osaka.

The location of the hostel was fantastic, with easy access to the train station and shopping areas like Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori. the staff at the hostel were incredibly friendly and provided great service throughout our stay. - the rooms and bathrooms were spacious and clean, ensuring a comfortable stay.

That the reception was located on the 2nd floor and there was no elevator, which could be inconvenient for some guests.

3mins walk to shinsaibashi metro, staffs are absolutely friendly and helpful, excellent wifi signal throughout the hostel, room is clean and comfort, highly recommend!!

Conveniently located with helpful staff, smooth check-in process, and clear instructions for late check-in. Close to Nijo castle, bus station, convenience store, and local market. Staff speaks good English and went above and beyond by keeping misplaced money until return. Comfortable and clean double room with toilet, in fantastic central position near Amerika Mura and Dotonbori. Hostel offers great common areas and even a sake bar, all at a great price. Subway station and various dining options nearby. Friendly and sociable atmosphere, with a fun Takoyaki party for guests.

Staff's english was exellent(much better than expensive hotel staff) Staff was kind, warm, bright and friendly. Especially, my 2 year old daughter liked the staff very much. We stayed studio room for two people(japanese style). The room was cozy and clean. Location was perfect, too.

Futon of double size was too small. The futon fit one small person. I needed to ask more blanket. It was so hard to warm the room up. The warm wind by air conditioner was too light and warm air didnt circulate, so lower air was cold.

During our stay at Osaka Hana Hostel, we had a great experience at this international hostel. The staff members were friendly, helpful, and fluent in English. They provided clear information about the hostel's facilities and the surrounding area. We received excellent recommendations for local restaurants and received assistance with mailing international packages. Our room on the top floor was quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. Although there wasn't much social interaction, perhaps due to our private room and our busy exploration of the city, we did enjoy the sake bar downstairs, despite the slightly cold atmosphere. We also appreciated the option to rent bikes for the day, which were small and basic but perfect for navigating the busy streets.

We didn't dislike anything about the property. 😊

Staff we excellent......english excellent.....and so friendly !! Arigato Hideko-san, Ranna-san, and others. We really love the tatami room...twin....extra cushion on tatami !! We plan to return right away....... And such a fantastic location.......beside Shinsaibashi.... Best hostel I have ever stayed in ......anywhere !!!

The jazz music from Coco in the morning bothered my wife but I found it very relaxing and pleasantly different......

Was greeted by really smiley happy staff when I arrived at the hostel, just off a long flight from the uk. Was invited to have dinner with the staff and the other people staying there down in the common room. Was a great way to meet everyone straying there and sample my first meal in japan. A few of us went out after into town which was only 5 minutes walk to the busy areas. the following day the staff were really helpful with lots of local knowledge and many english maps and leaflets (due to not speaking much japanese) good facilities, good price, very clean, great location and amazing staff. look forward to staying again and seeing the staff on another trip

Maybe wifi on all floors (as only on ground floor), but thats it :)
